Terms of Service
Orders & reservations
Placing an order or reservation with Lexington Watches constitutes an offer to purchase. Because our inventory consists largely of individual, one-of-a-kind pieces, all orders are subject to availability and final confirmation by our team. Where payment is not collected at checkout, your watch is held as a reservation while we confirm availability and arrange secure payment; no sale is final until payment is received and acknowledged.
Pricing & availability
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Items marked "Price on request" are quoted individually. We make every effort to ensure listings are accurate, but in the event of a pricing or description error we reserve the right to cancel or correct the affected order and will promptly refund any payment made.
Payment & title
When live card payments are enabled, transactions are processed by our secure third-party provider. Title to a watch passes to you only upon receipt of payment in full. Until then, the watch remains the property of Lexington Watches.
Selling & trading with us
Offers we extend for watches you wish to sell or trade are based on the information and any photographs you provide and are subject to physical inspection. Final offers are confirmed once we have examined the watch in person.
Limitation & contact
