Insured shipping

Every watch from Lexington Watches ships fully insured for its full value and requires an adult signature on delivery. Domestic orders are typically dispatched within one to two business days of cleared payment and confirmed authentication. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your watch is on its way.

International orders

We ship worldwide via insured, trackable courier. International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm delivery options and timelines for your location.

Returns

Your confidence matters. Watches purchased from Lexington Watches may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, papers, tags, and accessories exactly as received. Bespoke, sourced-to-order, and specially negotiated pieces may be excluded — we will always make this clear before purchase.

To begin a return, contact us at 168240@gmail.com with your order reference. Return shipping must be fully insured; we are happy to advise on the safest method. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the watch has been received and re-inspected.
