How it works

Nothing is bought through this website. You enquire about a model, a specialist comes back with availability and a price, and once everything is agreed we arrange payment and delivery with you directly. Every watch from Lexington Watches is then delivered fully insured for its full value with an adult signature required, or by secure local handover in New Jersey and New York. Domestic deliveries are typically dispatched within one to two business days of cleared payment and confirmed authentication, and you receive tracking details as soon as your watch is on its way.

International delivery

We deliver worldwide via insured, trackable courier. International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. Tell your specialist where the watch is going so we can confirm delivery options and timelines for your location before anything is agreed.

Returns

Your confidence matters. Watches acquired through Lexington Watches may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, papers, tags, and accessories exactly as received. Bespoke, sourced-to-order, and specially negotiated pieces may be excluded — we will always make this clear before anything is agreed.

To begin a return, contact us at 168240@gmail.com with your enquiry reference. Return shipping must be fully insured; we are happy to advise on the safest method. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the watch has been received and re-inspected.
